0.1 – The XDH rules fully include the TEDH – Rules
GENERAL RULES
1.1 – The XDH Deck must be a wizard pre-constructed commander deck.
(if wizard sell it as a printed version commander deck, it can be played).
1.2 – You may change up to 10 cards from the official decklist.
1.3 – You can choose your commander from the cards that make up your deck (The commander must be a legendary creature).
